[HTCondor-users] condor_submit hangs if the path contains an equal sign

Hi Everyone,

a DESY user found this bug. A command like this will just hang and not 
finish:

% condor_submit /tmp/waschk/sinec=0.90/job.submit
Submitting job(s)

This was tested with condor 10.4.1 and 9.0.17.

After the user removed the '=' from the path, she could submit jobs again.
