[HTCondor-users] CURL options for X509 CERT

Dear all,

the following PR [1] to setup CURL options for X509 certificates was merged and available in some previous release (sorry, forgot which one) prior to v23.0.3.

In v23.0.3 which we are using now, the CURL setup for X509 certificates is no more available (if I am correct).

Could you please tell me the reason, and in which latest release I could find it back?
