[sampler-announce] bug fix update: sampler-0.4.2

sampler-0.4.2 is available for download.  This is a recommended bug-fix update.

Changes in sampler-0.4.2:

   * Add missing file required for first-time dialog.  (All sampling is disabled
     as a failsafe until first time dialog has been run.)

No application rebuilds required; all you need is the new sampler-0.4.2 package. 
 We highly recommend using "apt-rpm" or "yum" to keep current.  Instructions at
