[sampler-announce] sampler 0.5.6

Bug Isolation Feedback System release 0.5.6 is now available, with bug
fixes to the compiler driver when it is being used directly out of the
build tree.  There's no great rush to upgrade if you are already using 0.5
or later, though, as there have been no significant user-visible changes
in the 0.5.x series.
