Subject: CHTC reduced support/alternate office hours (Aug 1-11)

Dear CHTC users,


The Facilitation team will be hosting the 2023 OSG School next week, Aug. 7 - 11. 


In preparation for and during this event, we will have the following changes to our schedule: 

  • Office hours are canceled:

    • Thurs, Aug. 3 at 3pm (but we will have an office hour in the morning, see below)

    • Tues, Aug. 8

    • Thurs, Aug. 10 

  • Email response from August 1-11th will be delayed


We are offering the following regular office hours plus additional office hours this week only

  • Tuesday (Aug 1st): 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM

  • Tuesday (Aug 1st): 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM

  • Thursday (Aug 3rd): 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM

These online office hours will use the same link as usual: go.wisc.edu/chtc-officehours


During these outages, chtc@xxxxxxxxxxx is still the best way to reach us, and we ask for your patience in the meantime.
