Hello,

   Please disregard this issue. I found a crude workaround. My problem
was that the -static option for ~gems/ruby/module/Makefile didn't work.
For some reason it just wouldn't find my zlib files. As a workaround, I
copied the object (.o) files from zlib to
~gems/ruby/v9-sol8-64/generated/MOESI_CMP_token/obj/. It's crude, but it
worked. As a result it has finally compiled successfully.
