[Gems-users] Instruction Flow

How does OPAL influence instruction flow in SIMICS if
it does not use the MAI. Consider jmp instruction
influenced by remote cache latency. The cache latency
will influence the number of instructions executing
speculatively.

How does OPAL handle this ?
