Subject: [Gems-users] data block value
Hello,

I need the value of data block in a message if it has data.
The data block returned by RequestMsg::getDataBlk() has no data.
Could you tell me how I can get this information?
I found that enabling data block causes ruby to crash in GEMS outstanding
issues. Please let me know the crash problem in a little detail.
My platform is linux + GEMS 1.3 + simics 2.2.19.

Another question is about multiprocessor simulation of simics.
They recommend cpu-switch-time as 50 (default is 1000) due to
synchronization between processors.
Also I found that ruby output is different
due to the different behavior of simics.
So do you have any recommended value for cpu-switch-time?

Thank you for any help.

Regards,
Yuho
