Subject: | [Gems-users] compiling ruby error |
Hi,
GEMS and simics both are new tools to me.
I have met a problem when installing GEMS,
when I do:
cd $GEMS/ruby
make PROTOCOL=MOSI_SMP_directory
DESTINATION=MOSI_SMP_directory
The error that I get is :
.......
make[1]: Entering directory `/home/pgt/gems/ruby'
make[1]: *** No rule to make target “L1Cache_Entry.h”, needed by“x86-linux/generated/MOSI_SMP_directory/obj/Throttle.d”.stop. make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/pgt/gems/ruby' make: *** [all] error 2 I use gems 1.3, simics 3.0.19 and native compiler is gcc 4.0.2. Thank you in advance!
