If "global.h" is not found, then Opal is having trouble finding the
Simics API headers. Make sure all of your SIMICS_* path variables are
properly set in Opal's Makefiles, especially module/Makefile.

I tried re-installing GEMS several times. But it did'nt work.
OPAL also gives a similiar error.
