Subject: | [Gems-users] Cache sizes in CMP |
Hi all, I have some questions about sizes in caches. Please look at this stats: L2Cache_L2cacheMemory numberPerChip: 4 Cache config: L2Cache_0_L2 cache_associativity: 4 num_cache_sets_bits: 9 num_cache_sets: 512 cache_set_size_bytes: 32768 cache_set_size_Kbytes: 32 cache_set_size_Mbytes: 0.03125 cache_size_bytes: 131072 cache_size_Kbytes: 128 cache_size_Mbytes: 0.125 i'm simulating a CMP with 4 cores per chip. My question is, what is the total cache size? 128 KB or 128 KB per core (512 KB in total)? Thanks!!! -- http://sanatox.es |
