the gems-2.0/ruby/network/simple contains Ruby's basic interconnect
model for networks on- or off-chip. The existing simple network can
model arbitrary topologies with specified link latencies and bandwidths.

And another question: in gems-2.0, do I only need to change "gems-2.0\ruby\network\" files, and it will works? And when is that going to happen?
Will it be soon? Igor Mike Marty <mikem@xxxxxxxxxxx> wrote:
Yes, GEMS provides a simple interconnect model that can simulate a network-on-chip. An upcoming release of GEMS will also include a more detailed packet-switched interconnect model developed by Princeton.
