I just looked at the setup manual for simics 3.0. Anyway, this problem was solved. Now comes another problem:

 No rule to make target `simics/api.h', needed by `x86-linux/generated/MOESI_CMP_directory/obj/RockTransactionManager.d'.  Stop.

I'm sure that I set the simics include path correctly. What might be the problem?
