[Gems-users] adding L3 cache

Hi,

I want to add L3 cache to ruby. rubyconfig.defaults does not seem to have parameters for L3 cache. 

-How can I add another cache level(L3) and set the parameters  for it similar to that of L1/L2?

-Also I would want L3 to be accessed through memory controller. My idea is to model L3 as 3D DRAM. Where do I have to look to do this change?
