There are tips in simics forum and I managed to solve the problem.
I just inserted MAGIC_BREAKPOIINT in the code.C in barnes instead of MEMSYS_ON and then compiled it again. After rerun the binaries, now it can stop where I have insert the MAGIC_BREAKPOINT!
