Hi all,

my cluster has this configuration:
$CondorVersion: 6.6.5 May 3 2004 $
$CondorPlatform: I386-LINUX-RH72 $

I would ask if it is possible receive a email when a host becomes unavailable.

If there isn't, this could be a feature for the next release.

What do you mean by 'when a host becomes unavailable'? Are you saying that you'd like an email when one of your pool nodes goes down, or when Condor is not running on it?

If so, you can probably achieve what you're asking by running Hawkeye to monitor your Condor. Check out http://www.cs.wisc.edu/condor/hawkeye . In particular, the "condor_host" and "condor_pool" modules may be of interest to you. We also have some Hawkeye trigger software in development. I don't think that it's available for download yet, but we could probably provide it to you.
