[Condor-users] feature request - case sensitivity

Sounds daft but this would possible make other peoples lives easier
(and less confusing)

User level security checks use case sensitivity by default, this is
reasonable but it would be nice if you could set a flag
(USERNAME_CASE_SENSITIVITY say) which let you switch that off.
Switching it off would certainly make admining a windows pool simpler
Maybe it's just me though.

The owner name checks in classads seem to handle case ok - is this
deliberate or was I just lucky in my choice of case...
