[Condor-users] APPEND_REQUIREMENTS

Is there a way to have common REQUIREMENTS for a pool without having 
shared filestore?

I want my APPEND_REQUIREMENTS setting available throughout the pool
without each machine having to define it.
Not only that, but I want jobs that flock INTO the pool to have those
requirements appended.
