The condor docs have several useful sections.

The most useful is
http://www.cs.wisc.edu/condor/manual/v6.7/6_2Microsoft_Windows.html

Though you should read most of the rest of the manual for context.

Note that there are not that the main differences for the supported
windows versions are:

Win2K:
   * Nothing :)

WinXP:
   * The SP2 firewall involves some changes to condor that mean you
must be running on a very recent 6.6 or 6.7 version.

Win2003:
   * I would assume similar behaviour with the SP1 changes a la WinXP
SP2 but haven't tried it yet.
   * Note that win2003 changes many default permissions so if you were
getting away with running "net use" then you may no longer have
execute access to this location. You may need to work round
this/change you build to make it available.
   * Case sensitivity comes to windows (almost) properly. Take care
with environment settings to make them version agnostic, in particular
PATH settings.

You are lucky enough to be on a reasonably simple version - hope your
extended support is good ;¬)
