While there might be a true bug here, there is a more pressing problem. 
Condor's standard universe does not work with the Pthreads library, which
your program appears to be using.

If you can find a way to compile your program without the thread library
being needed in the link line, and you still get this bug, then let us
know and we'll revisit it.
