[Condor-users] Condor not fast

Subject: [Condor-users] Condor not fast

Hi All

If I submit one or many jobs to condor it takes a long time till the jobs
start.

If I submit more job when the previous job are running condor continue
immediately with the new jobs. 

Why is this so?
