This is what i had to do...have each user log on to the machine which is 
your central Schedu...have them run the condor_store_cred command so 
that they add theri credential....then they should be able to submit 
from any remote location..

I too am using condor for 3D animation / compositing (maya,mental 
ray,shake,lightwave,digital fusion) and have made a WWW based GUI and a 
windows/linux/os X gui via PhP/GTK+ scripting.
