[Condor-users] Installation Problems

Hi all,
I have installed Condor on two machines successfully
(both are behaving as masters)... however, I want to
configure one to be the *real* master and all of the
(eventual) machines to be worker nodes.  I have
attempted to follow the documentation that condor
provides, with no success.  I need a document that is
step by step or in plain english... any suggestions?
