Is there a condor_config.local file that contains all the local
settings such as HOST_ALLOW_READ, HOST_ALLOW_WRITE, CONDOR_HOST ..etc)
so that one does not have to change the condor_config file when
installing a new condor master.
If so, where should it be located and what ids the naming convention.
For test purpose, I had created a condor_config.local with a
HOST_DENY_WRITE under /etc/ and under /home/condor - but none of them appeared to work.
Thanks ... Ratilal Haria
