[Condor-users] Condor and Globus on windows?

Dear all,

     I'm trying to submit a job that invokes a service (let's call it "ABC") deployed on Globus. Of course a natural solution is to use Condor_G to submit the job in Globus universe. However, can I do that on the windoes platform? It seems that Condor_G does not have its windows version. 
     If I can't, is there any possibility for me to fulfill the same task in another way on windows? (e.g. write my own java client to invoke the above HelloWorld service, and submit the job in java universe with this client to be the executable...)
     The reason for asking this question is that unfortunately windows is the only operation system I can use now.
