It's probably on your /etc/hosts as an alternative IP for your hostname

I think Condor's default behaviour is to automatically bind to the first
ethernet interface it finds. Looks like after you added your dongle you
rebooted and Condor found 192.168. first. If you want it to list to all
a specific interface or all interfaces you need to tell it more via the
config file.
