[Condor-users] upgrading from 6.7.12 to 6.7.14

Hey Guys, just wondering if there are any special considerations to
take, when upgrading from 6.7.12 to 6.7.14 due to the
introduction of quill ?.. do i have to redo the config files on slaves
and master ?.. or can i just copy the binaries over the old
version ?  (this is on windows)
