[Condor-users] user@xxxxxxxxxx instead of user@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Dear Condor friends,

  May I know how to set the configuration file such that the "RemoteOwner" 
or "RemoteUser" would become "user@xxxxxxxxxx" instead of 
"user@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" ?
  Also, may I know what is the difference between "Owner" and "user" ?
