[Condor-users] default notification

Hi all,

I wish to set the user notification to never as a default.
Is this possible to do this in the config file, I assume of the submitting 
machine?

I think mail notification is not realy needed, but if a user realy wants it,
he can switch it on in the submit file.

The default in condor is the other way around, which is not the best for our 
mail server.
