Those two would be your best bet for maya.

Otherwise you will have to make a script or vb program to generate the .sub file
with the frames split between the nodes. 

Example for blender (all i had around :P)

In there is the vb program blender_render which makes all my .sub files.
(.net framework needed to run it)
Also there is an example file city.sub that was 500 frames split up into batches
of 5 frames per job.
