Your DNS is probably wrong. Condor knows about your Linux machine, because it 
shows up above. But it's probably not named 'seaf-clin-001'. when you give
condor_status a name without a full domain attached to it, it tries to
put together something reasonable but doesn't always get it right, 
particularly when DNS is not set up right.

To find the real name to use, try

condor_status -format "%s\n" Name

and then, use the full string for seaf-clin-001 (probably something
like seaf-clin-001.localdomain or something)

You'll eventually need to get DNS setup, the "Permission denied" below
are almost certainly related to confusion about what domains are 
in HOSTALLOW_READ and WRITE
