I have 2 pool.

one with win xp pro  (only one computer on the pool, and login to 'Satish' without password).

And a second pool with 3computers running with Win 2000 pro, and login with password. I already try to use my login password for submit job to condor, but nothing is displayed on the screen when I type something.

In that case you'll need to give me a little more information about your
setup. What version of Windows are you running? How do you go about
logging in to this machine?
