[Condor-users] installation problem

hello ,

     I have problem with öy condor softwre, and I think it is due of a bd 
installation of it...
So first, I would like to know if the version I try to use is working well.
Then, I would like some help to fill the blank of the installation 
windows...
Of course, my domain name is tkk.ece.fi,
               and the hostname of my manager is smekma23

and I would like to know what I have to fill for

            Hosts with read access
            Hosts with write acces
            Hosts with administrator acces

And after installation, is ther any configuration to change in ths settings? 
and how to do that changes?
