[Condor-users] MAX_JOBS_RUNNING

Hello all,

Is MAX_JOBS_RUNNING advertised to the Negotiator, so he does only match more then x number of jobs for this schedd ? For me it looks like the negotiator is matching all the jobs with one submitter (1400 jobs as there are 1400 pcs), and the submitter is refusing to start most of them. as the MAX_JOBS_RUNNING is set to 400. Is there any way to limit the matchmaking per scheduler ?

This would be helpful, as matching 1400 jobs to one submitter, and putting 1000 back in the queue, as the submitter is not allowed to start more then 400 jobs is a BIG waste of time.
