I believe they should go in the condor_config.local file.

Probably for all machines in the pool since you have REQUIRED rather than
OPTIONAL. If you have a mixture of Windows and Linux in your pool, then
you may need different settings for different machines.

You will also need to setup entries in the unified map file,
see 3.6.4 in the manual.
