[Condor-users] Reliable way to trigger email to $(CONDOR_ADMIN)

Is there a way?  I have tried setting PUBLISH_OBITUARIES = True and killall
-9'ing condor_collector and condor_schedd, but I receive no email.

I'm trying to see if it is possible to specify multiple email addresses in
CONDOR_ADMIN, as well as making sure the emailing to the administrator
works.
