I didn't say it should, but I've filed 2 cases with condor-admin
a year or so ago where it did. But it wasn't totally gone as this user
was saying, it was just a couple usage quotas that got stuck and some
groups
couldn't start jobs and the file had to be edited with vi to fix it.
I haven't seen this problem since the rollout of the 6.8 series.
