In 6.8.x:

WINNT50 - Windows 2000
WINNT51 - Windows XP 32-bit
WINNT52 - Windows XP (SP2 only maybe?) 64-bit
WINNT60 - Windows Vista (32-bit and 64-bit)

So to match any windows machine out there:

requirements = (OpSys == "WINNT50" || OpSys == "WINNT51" || OpSys == "WINNT52") && (Arch == Defined)

If you omit the Arch flag Condor will automatically fill in the Arch for the submitting machine which may not match all the Arch's of your startd nodes. Note: I'm assuming you're running only Windows on X86-compatible nodes.

That last bit should be '(Arch =!= Undefined)'
