Yes, it is possible, as described here http://www.cs.wisc.edu/condor/manual/v6.8/3_6Security.html#SECTION004612200000000000000

just add in your condor_config.local file

VM1_USER = condor-nobody

if you have one virtual machine.

For two

VM1_USER = condor-nobody
VM2_USER = condor-nobody

and so on.
