calm down - being pushy will *not* get you more sympathy within the community.
 
Remember that we all have day jobs; if you need a system with professional support and/or a better SLA, please buy a commercial scheduler.
 
Looking at your -better-analyze results, I would suggest there is something wrong with the START _expression_ on your 150 machines. But that's just my quick 2 cents...

how can I get help for a problem related to condor, when even after several posting within a week to this mailing list nobody repilies with a solution? What can I do to solve my problem?
