[Condor-users] Condor error "Failed to fetch ads from..."

Hello to all.
First, please sorry my bad english.
Recently we have updated our condor to version "7.0.2 Jun 9 2008 
BuildID: 89891."

Now the condor has an intermittent behavior: the command condor_q, 
sometimes returns the expected answer, other times returns this error:

Failed to fetch ads from <192.168.1.150:64575>: osg-ce.sprace.org.br

Our central  machine has 2 network interfaces:
200.136.80.4  osg-ce.sprace.org.br
192.168.1.150 osgce.grid

Our condor config file has the line
CONDOR_HOST = osgce.grid
and local condor config file has the line
NETWORK_INTERFACE = 192.168.1.150

Why does the error message show the name osg-ce.sprace.org.br instead of 
osgce.grid?
Any ideas?
