One of our pool masters got updated to SP3 without me knowing.
Condor seemed to be working but eventually we spotted it wasn't 
accepting jobs from our main pool. I stopped the firewall and on demand 
virus checking, restarted Condor, restarted the firewall and it seems OK 
again now. I can't blame SP3 for sure - could have been something else.
