[Condor-users] condor_q, QUILL, strange RUN_TIME result

Hi users,

I am starting to use Quill. Database
is set and working on a Windows machine and Quill is saving informations
to Database. I am using Condor 7.2.4 on Windows. 
When I submit a set of jobs (procs)
and query the queue the result of condor_q is as follow:

C:\Condor-Test\511-Quill\100>condor_q

Why the running jobs do not show the
RUN_TIME? How could I fix this?
