If no machines are showing up in condor_status, here are some places to 
look to figure out why:

CollectorLog on the central manager.  Is it reporting that it is 
rejecting ads from the execute machines?

StartLog on the execute nodes.  Is condor_startd running?  Are any 
errors reported in the log file?
