There are several ways to do it,  fastest is with the VDT,
also available from vdt.cs.wisc.edu.  that will install all the globus
and point to your existing condor. Strictly speaking you just have to install globus on the one node that is running the condor_schedd.
A lot of grids expect to have globus utilities on all of the nodes.
There are some globus libraries that are built into condor.
