Hi,

The machine running Quill DB daemon is the same as the Postgres machine (I am running tests to know how it works first). The TIMEZONE = BRAZIL/EAST is set in the postgresql.conf config file.
Any other idea?

Make sure you've set the time zone on the machine running the Quill DB correctly. Also check the Postgres config and make certain the time zone is set correctly there as well.
