The typical scenario would be that you have a Windows domain that all 
pool machines are part of and recognize (for example *.cs.wisc.edu ). In 
your case you seem to have two independent machines that do not share a 
domain. Is that correct? What do your domain settings say? Would it be 
feasible for you to have your machines in a domain?
