I noticed in the 2010 Condor week's presentation, Whats New in Condor?
(http://www.cs.wisc.edu/condor/CondorWeek2010/condor-presentations/tannenba_roadmap_2010.ppt),
there is a slide about condor_dbq.

Is this still on the drawing board or in implementation stage? The
idea sounds very good and useful for people in a large environment.
