Hi Mike,
Not a problem with SMTP.  A reboot fixed it, of course.

Condor and Windows 7 just seem to be problematical. Things work fine most of the time, and can be fixed with a reboot, but my experience is that  W7 machines just do not seem to make good,reliable "team-players" in the pool.

Andrew, I am not sure but I found a similar problem on the list server. You might look at the following link (problem associated with not defining SMTP and schedd over reacting). Hopefully this will solve the problem (apparently this was considered as a bug and fixed).
