[Condor-users] Condor 7.6.5 released

The Condor Team is pleased to announce the release of Condor 7.6.5. This
release in the 7.6 stable series includes several important bug fixes. 
Notably,
this release fixes a bug which prevented Condor from running on Linux 
kernels with
a major version of "3", which includes Fedora 16.  Other bugs fixes include
ones with chirp, using accounting groups in the negotiator, and running 
on Windows
with non-English locales.
